Period of Occupancy:
Check in time is 1.00 p.m. Check out time is 12.00 p.m. Early check in and Late check out 100 baht per hour. Room occupied beyond 05.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
Children's policy:
Children age maximum 3 years or less than 120 centimeter can stay with adult with free of charge.
Cancellation policy:
No-show, 100% charged

Shuttle service:
Free shuttle service from/to Suvarnabhumi Airport only on the day you arrive and depart (only for payment online with our website). Unfortunately, for guests who don't pay online, there will be a charge for using the guest house's shuttle transport at only 120 baht per way.
The guesthouse would need your flight details as the shuttle departs from the guesthouse every hour and departs from airport every half hour. As it runs on a loop, it could mean that guests will have to wait for the shuttle as it completes it circuit. There might be a wait for guest who failed to provide flight details in advance by email.
Our Airport Representative will be waiting at door Bay No.4, level 2, Arrival level. Please look out for our sign with Plai Garden Boutique Guesthouse name on it.
